Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead Review
Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead

Rating: 8.5/10

Pros:

  • Fun.
  • Actually pretty accurate.
  • Voice acting for cutscenes (ie: the intro)
  • Game has it's own version of the theme for the TV show on the main menu screen

Cons:

  • I'm an idiot.
  • The explanations for levels aren't clear enough.

Review:

So this isn't my first Bridge Constructor game, that goes to Portal but this was rather fun! Now I'm horrible at puzzle games but I found it alright at times, a little confusing but alright. Now I'm not a massive TWD fan, that goes to my mum (who named a ragdoll kitten who's 99.9% fluff with a giant heart of gold... Negan, he's wonderful). I found the small amount of voice acting from Kyra in the intro cutscene utterly delightful and fitting for the setting. My only gripe with the game really is it doesn't explain what you're meant to do in a level clearly enough, however I allow for the fact that I'm a dyslexic fool who can't properly read half the time. Now this actually should've been my review for 'A Plague Tale: Innocence' however it proclaimed I hadn't fully downloaded it (shit?) so instead I added 'Dead Island Riptide' to the list and bumped this up a spot. Technically I didn't download Riptide recently but I haven't started it.
